This feels like a common mistake in over performing teams but having an idea of what the new role is and how to change is really hard (and why it's not followed). Would love to read a post on this specific topic.
Great post! Can you give a few examples on the consistency point to help it come to life? Are you thinking consistency in the design/UX? Or something more upstream than that in how we work?
Also, re replacing yourself? Does that mean literally move on when the role grows?
